HELP & SUPPORT
LET’S KEEP
THINGS MOVING.
Find an answer, understand a setting, or get in touch with the people behind the app.
Does Reaction Trainer need an internet connection?
The training modes, session history, statistics, and daily challenge work offline. The app does not request internet access. Opening an app store page or sending support email uses other apps and may need a connection.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-in or server account. Your training records and settings are stored in the app’s private storage on your device.
Which devices does the app support?
The project supports Android 8.0 (API 26) and later. Contact hello@stashstudio.site for current distribution and device availability.
Where can I download the app?
Contact the studio for the current release and distribution details. This website does not provide an APK download or claim that a public store listing is available.
Why do results differ between devices?
Displays and touch panels add their own delays. Your environment and input method also matter. Compare your results on the same device; these are recreational measurements, not laboratory results.
What counts as a false start?
Responses below 100 ms are treated as anticipation. Quick and Direction restart the round. Color and Multi count anticipatory responses to a signal as mistakes. These responses are excluded from the reaction-time average.
Can I change difficulty or session length?
Yes. Choose Easy, Medium, or Hard and a session length from 3 to 50 rounds. Quick Start uses your saved preferences.
Why was my daily reminder late?
Reminders are local notifications. Android battery management and notification settings can affect delivery. Check that reminders are on in the app and notifications are permitted in Android settings.
How do I delete or reset my data?
Delete individual sessions from Results, or use Settings → Reset progress to remove training and challenge history. See Delete app data for what each action removes and how Android backups affect deletion.
Are my results backed up?
Android backup or device transfer may include your local app data when enabled in system settings. Your device and account provider handle those services. STASH STUDIO does not operate a training-data cloud service.
How do I report an issue?
Email hello@stashstudio.site with your app version, Android version, device model, and steps to reproduce the issue. Include only information you are comfortable sharing.
