About these terms
This website and Reaction Trainer are provided by STASH STUDIO LTD. These terms describe permitted use of the site and personal recreational use of the app. Read them alongside the website privacy notice, app privacy policy, and company information. If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the relevant service.
Recreational use
Reaction Trainer is for recreational sports practice and entertainment. Results are for your own reference and depend on your device, display, input latency, and environment. It does not guarantee improved athletic, gaming, educational, or professional performance.
No medical or professional assessment
The app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, screen for, or monitor any condition, and it does not provide medical, neurological, or professional assessments. A reaction time does not establish whether someone is healthy or unwell. Speak with a qualified professional about health concerns.
Use the app safely
Use the app where you can safely focus on the screen and take regular breaks. Do not use it while driving, cycling, or performing an activity that requires attention to your surroundings.
Color Reaction changes full-screen colors about once or twice per second. If bright or changing lights affect you, skip that mode. Stop using the app if you experience discomfort.
Reasonable use and intellectual property
You may browse the site and use the app for personal recreational practice, subject to applicable law and the distribution terms that accompany the app. Do not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe another person’s rights.
Original website and app content is owned by STASH STUDIO LTD or used with permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law or open-source licenses. See licenses and credits.
Availability and distribution
We may update the site and app to improve them, correct errors, or reflect changes. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Contact the studio for current app release and download information.
This website does not sell products, process payments, offer subscriptions, or create user accounts. Any future app-store transaction is governed by the terms presented at the point of purchase, together with mandatory consumer rights.
Your device and records
Keep your device secure and review data-deletion actions before confirming them. Training history is stored locally; we cannot restore it from a company server. Android backup and device transfer may apply according to your system settings. See Delete app data.
Responsibility and legal rights
The site and app are provided as available, without promises that recreational results will suit every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded and the company is not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from personal use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights and other mandatory protections remain unaffected.
External services
App stores, browsers, email providers, telephone services, and Android backup services operate under their own terms. We do not control the content or availability of external sites.
Changes and contact
